- Best for: Mini-documentaries, Educational tutorials, Music videos, or Major brand campaigns.
- Deliverable: 1x 3-min / 3x 1-min / or 1x 1-min + 1x 2-min.
- On-site Production: Up to 9 hours of filming a day. Time includes actual filming and travel between sites; initial equipment setup and final teardown are not counted toward the package hours.
- Camera & Operation: Single camera operation (Cinema Camera, Steadicam, or Drone).
- Pre-Production: Total of up to 2 hours of pre-meeting, including story creation support (with up to 3 rounds of free revisions).
- Lighting (Basic Kit) & Audio: Professional lighting and microphone kit (2 lavaliers or 1 lavalier + 1 shotgun).
- Post-Production: Professional editing of up to 3 minutes of total video. Included total up to 18h of editing, including 3 rounds of partial revision.
- Delivery: Included 1 time of data delivery via online data transfer service.
- Travel: Included within Whitehorse city limits. Note: Travel outside city limits will be invoiced at cost as a reimbursable expense.
- Estimated Delivery: Approximately 15–21 business days.
ADDITIONAL RATES & SERVICE NOTE
- Filming Extension: $150/h (beyond package limits).
- Voiceover: Available during production hours; extension rates apply if recording exceeds limits, $150/h (beyond package limits)
- Additional Editing: $100/h (beyond included revision rounds).
- Meeting Overages: Additional pre-production meetings are billed at $25/30 min.
- Storyboard Overages: Additional storyboard revisions are billed at $50/h.
- Additional Data Delivery: $50/time
- Physical Data Storage Delivery: Any physical media (SSD, HDD, etc.) required for data transfer and associated shipping costs will be charged separately.
Delivery timing to be determined upon agreement.
- Single-Day Production: Rates are based on a single scheduled day. Projects requiring multiple days will be handled as a Custom Plan.
- Defining Filming Hours: Production time includes active filming and travel between locations. Initial setup and final teardown are not counted toward your package hours.
- Specialized Equipment: Packages include a “Basic Kit.” Needs for multi-camera setups or complex lighting require a Custom Plan.
- Drone Operations: Subject to weather conditions and Transport Canada regulations.
- Revision Policy: “Partial revisions” cover minor adjustments to text, cuts, or music. Significant structural changes or re-filming after final approval will incur additional charges.
- Draft Delivery & Feedback: Upon receiving the first cut, please provide feedback within 1 week. If no response is received within that timeframe, the project will be finalized as approved. Note: Delays caused by client review latency will not be included in the original project timeline.
- Music Licensing: “Arctic Media Creation (AMC) shall acquire and provide all necessary commercial usage rights for the music included in the final Work. However, AMC’s responsibility is limited to the provision of such rights. The Client assumes full responsibility for the use, distribution, and public release of the Work, including compliance with any platform-specific terms (such as YouTube Content ID policies) that may arise post-delivery.”
- Travel Outside Whitehorse: Travel beyond city limits is billed at cost as a reimbursable expense.

SERVICE DELIVERY FLOW
- Getting Started
- Book Your Discovery Call: Select your preferred date/time on our website for a free 30-minute discovery call.
- Initial Discovery Call (Online – 30 min): Discuss your goals, project plan, and production process. We will tentatively reserve your preferred filming date (ideally 14+ days in advance).
- Payment & Confirmation
- Standard Packages: If your project fits within our standard package rates, please proceed to the Secure Payment & Order Page on our website.
- Custom Requirements: If your project requires additional services (e.g., travel beyond Whitehorse, extended filming, or extended editing) that exceed the standard package rates, a custom invoice will be sent to you following our discovery call. Please complete the payment via the link provided in the invoice.
- Finalizing Your Order: Your order and is formally confirmed only upon the completion of payment. Review and accept our service terms at the time of payment to formally signify your agreement.
- Payment Deadline: To avoid potential rush fees, payment must be finalized at least 14 days prior to your reserved filming date. All production steps, including formal story development and scheduling, commence only after payment is confirmed.
- Production
- Story Creation & Collaborative Support: Upon payment, use our Online Sharable Storyboard Service to develop your narrative. Arctic Media Creation provides professional guidance and feedback.
- Included Revision Rounds: Starter (1 round), Essential (2 rounds), Premium (3 rounds).
- Story Confirmation & Finalizing (Online or In-person. Starter; 1 round of 30min. Essential; 2 rounds of 30min. Premium 3 round of 30min). Finalize your storyboard, shooting schedule, locations, and logistical details.
- Filming: Professional production day. Note: Production time includes actual filming and travel between locations. Setup and teardown are not counted toward the package hours.
- Editing: Post-production based on the finalized storyboard.
- Delivery
- Draft Confirmation: Receive the first cut. Note: Project delays caused by client review latency are not included in the original project timeline.
- Revision: Adjustments are made according to your package limits. Please note that any requests exceeding the included revision rounds will be subject to additional charges.
- Additional Charges: Should filming hours exceed the package allowance, or if editing requests extend beyond the predefined service scope, additional charges will be applied.
In such cases, a separate invoice will be issued.
- Final Delivery: Finalized cinematic files are released once the work is approved. If additional charges have been incurred, files will be released only upon confirmation that all such payments have been settled in full.
- Approval Deadline: If no feedback is received within 1 week of a draft notification, the project will be finalized as approved, constituting the official “Delivery of the Work” and triggering the 30-day data detention period.
